Friday night's performance of "Totally Christmas" was a success--praise the Lord! My five high school vocal students worked really hard and performed together in such unity. Here is their opening song "Joy to the World!" I love these students!

Tomoko and Joyce worship the Lord singing "Rejoice! Rejoice! Emmanuel has come to Thee!"

Jesus, the "Light of the World" has come to earth. I love the candle effect with darkness and harmony. They are singing about a "Whole New Light".

In between several songs we had a few drama sketches. These students used all their talents and gifts to bring the gospel message to the audience.

The students had fun changing costumes by adding accessories to a black outfit canvas. Here they sing about how the shepherds, the lowly and despised of earth, are welcome in the kingdom of God. "Come, You Lowly."

"Good News!" An angel brings good news of great joy--Christ has been born!

They followed "Good News" with "When the Baby Grew Up." The song declares that we must not forget--the baby grew up and became a man. Jesus eventually suffered and died to pay for our sins and rose from the grave to conquer death and sin!

After the performance, one of the Filipinas from the church preached the gospel in both English and Cebuano. May the hearts of the listeners be open to receive the truth of salvation in Jesus!

My beloved students surprised me with a boquet of appreciation. I feel very bonded to these five musicians! Aren't they wonderful?! Praise the Lord--we love You, Lord!

And here he is---my true love, Nate! It was so fun to help each other with our performances. One week ago I helped him direct "Angel Alert," and then he helped me direct "Totally Christmas" with the high school. What a team! Thank you, Lord! Praise to You!
