Thursday was the first day of school. It was great for Sarah and Daniel to see our "real lives" and to get the feel of the student body. There was excitement in the air as people were coming in for the all-school assembly.

Sarah and Daniel were great participants in the parent section. They were good listeners!

Can you spot them in the back of Nate's class? There was a middle-school meeting after the assembly. Fun to see Nate in action in his role as teacher!

"This is your classroom?" Sarah gestures to the sign on the wall. Nate comes out excited to greet the visitors!

They had been here several days before they actually toured our "Stomping ground". Finally the tour complete!

Sarah was so excited to see a real orphanage. We enjoyed taking the boys so they could see the kids too.

We weren't allowed to take pictures, so this is a good representation. There was one room with several babies and some older kids Elijah played with outside on the slide. It's good to hear most of the babies eventually get adopted, but there are so many thoughts, I can hardly say them all here. A good experience for us all.

After naps we walked to the park. I love walking with Daniel and the boys. He's a great uncle to our lads.

Sarah meets my friend, Rachel--our kids here are like cousins, so it is like my sisters meeting.

Aunt Sarah is helping Malachi walk. He still loves sticking out his tongue.

Elijah is a growing boy--a little monkey. Cousin Jonas would love to play with him at the park.

Malachi's 11 month birthday was that day. See his little teeth?

The guys had fun running "like a deer" as Daniel says...and playing catch with the frisbee. You wouldn't believe how many pictures I really took.
